About Align Wellness
Align Wellness is a collaborative wellness clinic in Cochrane focused on whole-body care, prevention, and long-term health outcomes. Our team includes massage therapy, acupuncture, movement, and health coaching, working together to support clients through an integrative approach.
We are expanding and seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support clients in lifestyle, hormone, and metabolic health within a wellness-based setting.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional primary care role.
The Nurse Practitioner will focus on hormone health, lifestyle-based care, and preventative health support. This role is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys spending more time with patients, working through root-cause patterns, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
This role does not replace or function as a patient’s primary care provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health consultations with a lifestyle-focused approach
- Assess and support hormone health (including menstrual health and perimenopause)
- Order and interpret lab work as appropriate
- Prescribe within scope when aligned with care plans
- Provide guidance on nutrition, sleep, stress, and metabolic health
- Collaborate with in-house practitioners for integrated care
- Develop individualized, whole-person care plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Prescriptive authority in Alberta
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience or interest in hormone health, lifestyle medicine, or integrative care
- Strong communication and patient-centered approach
- Comfortable working in a non-primary care, wellness setting
Compensation
Competitive contractor split, based on experience and schedule.
