Overview
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Plumber to join our growing new construction team. Our projects include multi-family developments, commercial buildings, retail shops, restaurants, and tenant improvement (TI) build-outs. Responsibilities
- Install plumbing systems for new construction projects, including water, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing plans.
- Install fixtures, equipment, and plumbing components according to code and project requirements.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet construction schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or general maintenance
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read technical drawings including schematics for electrical or mechanical systems
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and work in physically demanding environments
- Experience with construction projects or assembly work is preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy machinery, welding, electrical work, and working at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $35.00-$44.00 per hour
