Neegan Development is currently seeking a positive, energetic, and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Warehouse Technician.
The Junior Warehouse Technician will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and parts operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, parts purchasing, and maintaining accurate records. This position plays an important role in ensuring the required parts and supplies are available when needed so that operations can continue without interruption.

Perform shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control

Assist with parts billing and purchasing

Maintain inventory control records, monthly reports, service and repair records, and complete monthly cycle counts

Ensure parts, supplies, and materials required for operations are ordered and received in a timely manner

Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
-
Monitor and coordinate core returns and warranty items
-
Maintain an organized and safe yard and warehouse

Load and unload freight safely

Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies
-
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

Coordinate the movement of goods, vendor returns, and shipments using the most appropriate and cost-effective shipping methods in accordance with company policy

Assist with general warehouse and parts-related duties as required

2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, parts, or similar position

Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

Clean driver’s abstract

Ability to safely operate a forklift

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with computer and database systems

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
