Overview
GnR Residential Plus Cleaning Services Inc. is looking for motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help grow our exterior cleaning division across Ottawa and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will connect directly with homeowners to promote and sell our exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, and pressure washing. This is a great opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based income.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods
- Promote exterior cleaning services to homeowners
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly
- Generate leads and book estimates or appointments
- Build positive relationships with potential customers
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Record customer information and sales activity accurately
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners door-to-door
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and outdoors
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in English (French is an asset)
