Come Clean Services is a growing commercial cleaning company serving businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in commercial office, industrial, and restaurant cleaning. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine commercial cleaning at assigned client locations.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors.
- Dust and sanitize desks, workstations, and common areas.
- Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies when necessary.
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and procedures.
- Take before-and-after photos of completed work.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages.
- Ensure all work is completed to Come Clean Services' quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Access to reliable transportation is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
