Guelph Medical Imaging is comprised of three locations within the beautiful city of Guelph. We are committed to providing high-quality care to Guelph and surrounding areas.
We are seeking a reliable, organized and professional Medical Office Administrator to join our collaborative team . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional interaction with patients, and ensure smooth administrative operations within a busy medical office.
Responsibilities:
Answering multi-phone system to schedule appointments and answer inquiries .
Appointment reminder calls with procedure preparations.
Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner
Printing , scanning and copying medical documents
Other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Experience in office administration or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
-1-2 years related experience is an asset
-Basic computer skills – word, excel, outlook
