We are currently seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Coast and Central United States territory.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and tactical direction for assigned internal sales team supporting the region.
Perform consistent performance appraisals and people development activities to build skills of internal sales team for future advancement
Leadership and accountability for growth and support of assigned Strategic Account customers
Responsible for customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
Work closely with Marketing/Product Managers to provide accurate market feedback to promote programs that drive profitable revenue growth.
Report sales results, market trends, and competitor updates on a weekly basis.
Develop annual sales budgets and expenses along with identifying all resources (human, capital, and technical support) required to achieve the annual sales plan.
Experience:
5-7 years of proven successful Parts and Accessories related sales.
- Strategic Account sales responsibility and demonstrated growth of customer accounts
Ability to manage internal sales support team
Demonstrated career advancement based upon performance
Prefer bi-lingual candidate and someone with previous successful sales experience in the floor care equipment or pressure washer related industries.
Education:
- 4 year undergraduate degree in business or engineering related fields
