What You'll Do:
You'll service and repair a variety of commercial equipment including:
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Reach-in refrigeration
- Rooftop HVAC units
- Split systems
- Make-up air units
- Heat pumps
- Other commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
Work is primarily throughout:
- GTA
- Mississauga
- Barrie
- Oshawa
- Hamilton
- Niagara Region
- Other Southern Ontario locations
You'll start your day from home and travel directly to customer sites using a company-provided service vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Respond to scheduled service calls and emergency breakdowns
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete service reports using company software
- Recommend repair options when appropriate
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe working condition
- Participate in our rotating on-call schedule (approximately every 4–6 weeks)
What We're Looking For:
- 3rd, 4th or 5th Year Refrigeration Apprentice or Licensed Refrigeration Mechanic
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid ODP Certification
- Gas license (G2 or G1) is considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- On-call rotation (approximately every 4–6 weeks)
- Overtime available
