Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures such as examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, and crowns with precision and care
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and radiographs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental management software like Dentrix and Epic
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care quality
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and compliance regulations
Experience
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency with dental software Gold
- Experience with pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice is essential
- Hands-on experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for restorative procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds are essential
