The Cargo Kitchen combines Japanese robata grilling, Niagara agriculture, artisan cheese, craft beverages, shaved Ice, and unforgettable hospitality. Built around a custom robata grill fueled by imported binchotan charcoal, our menu celebrates local ingredients, elevated comfort food, award-winning cheeses, and innovative culinary experiences.
