Overview
We are EXPANDING and seeking dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented part-time Cleaners to join our team. This role may include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and one-time cleanings. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces for homeowners, clients, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, floors, and common areas.
· Follow established cleaning processes for post-construction cleaning assignments.
· Use appropriate cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
· Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, clean surfaces, and sanitize designated areas thoroughly.
· Empty garbage and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
· Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages or restocking needs to management.
· Follow all safety protocols while completing cleaning duties.
· Respond promptly and professionally to cleaning requests from management or clients as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Previous cleaning experience is required; that includes residential, commercial, custodial, post-construction cleaning and other experience.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is advantageous.
· Advanced English communication skills are required.
· Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle are required, with at least 3 years of driving experience in Manitoba. Mileage will be discussed.
· Current Criminal Record Check is required.
High Emphasis: Accountability
· Accountability is a key requirement for this role. Cleaners are expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete work thoroughly and consistently.
· Arrive on time, be prepared for each shift, and communicate promptly if there are any delays, concerns, or schedule changes.
· Follow cleaning checklists, client instructions, and company standards without needing constant supervision.
· Report completed work, issues, damages, supply needs, or safety concerns honestly and promptly.
· Maintain professionalism, respect client property, and demonstrate reliability in every assignment.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
