Overview
We are seeking a skilled or fresher willing to learn and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, fixtures, and systems with precision and adherence to project specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine installation requirements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to install structural components, cabinetry, flooring, tile, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and more.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks as needed for various projects.
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, and construction painting.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure airtight and watertight finishes.
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning as required.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes throughout each phase of installation.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, concrete finishing, and related trades.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. This position requires candidates to demonstrate technical expertise across multiple trades and possess a proactive approach to safety and quality standards. Prior experience in construction or renovation projects is highly valued for success in this role.

Pay: $2,865.61-$7,499.63 per month
