Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Car Care Center team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting with vehicle service appointments, answering questions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is interested in the automotive industry. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and assist with service inquiries in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Communicate recommended services and repair information clearly to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely updates
- Prepare service estimates and invoices accurately
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Upsell recommended maintenance services and automotive products based on customer needs
- Order parts and work with suppliers to ensure the correct parts are ordered, received, and properly placed into inventory
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service visits
- Promote maintenance services and special offers when appropriate
- Maintain a positive, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or upselling experience is considered an asset
- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset but not required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, dealership, or automotive service is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Training Provided
We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong customer service background and willingness to learn about automotive service operations.
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
