As a Le Labo Beauty Advisor, you'll do far more than sell fragrance—you'll tell stories, build genuine connections, and guide clients through a personalised fragrance journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional, personalised luxury customer service.
Introducing clients to Le Labo's unique collection of handcrafted fragrances and body care.
Creating memorable fragrance consultations tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
Building lasting relationships through genuine conversations and exceptional service.
Achieving individual and team sales goals while maintaining the brand's premium standards.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a passion for luxury retail, fragrance, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Loves connecting with people and delivering highly personalised service.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
Is confident, proactive, and sales driven.
Speaks Mandarin (preferred).
Has previous luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, or client-facing experience (preferred but not essential, as full training is provided).
