As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our community presence, strengthen referral relationships, and drive business growth.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Client Care and Operations Manager, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our services, developing referral partnerships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a proactive professional with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for healthcare, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, retirement residences, long-term care facilities, and community organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support clinic growth.
- Generate referrals through strategic networking and community outreach.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to promote clinic services and partnerships.
- Meet or exceed established sales and business development targets.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media initiatives, and referral development strategies.
- Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, networking functions, and professional meetings.
- Deliver presentations to healthcare organizations and community groups to increase awareness of clinic services.
- Support the development of marketing materials and promotional initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and enhance the clinic’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create engaging content that promotes services, educates the community, and strengthens brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Collaboration & Strategic Planning
- Work closely with the Client Care and Operations Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, marketing performance, and referral growth opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives that support the clinic’s long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience within the healthcare, rehabilitation, wellness, or community services sector is considered a strong asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
