Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Portable Toilet Technician/Driver to join our growing team. If you enjoy working independently, being on the road and providing excellent customer service, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Transport, deliver, set up and service portable toilets
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs or damages.
- Use route planning and maintenance software to optimize daily routes and ensure all scheduled services are completed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and fuel consumption.
- Complete required safety paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at delivery sites.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and follow a set route
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Strong mechanical sense with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on portable units
