The vision for Precision Health is to showcase what's possible for the future of healthcare by offering leading-edge total health and wellness experiences that leverage the latest in diagnostics and proactive action-planning. Our mission is to drive positive change in healthcare by using data to fuel clinical decision support tools which will benefit our communities.
At Precision Health, Members will unveil a new level of health awareness, working with their care team to combine data from imaging, genomics, bio analytics and physical testing to unlock visibility across every dimension of their health. Members will be provided with personalized, actionable health plans based on their unique individual needs, allowing them to reach their optimal health potential. By combining in-office visits with remote health monitoring, virtual care consultations and an intuitive patient app, Precision Health supports members every step of the way.
As a Medical Imaging Technologist, you'll be the first clinical touchpoint for our members, gathering precise diagnostic data through bone densitometry and body composition imaging that forms the foundation of our care team's personalized health recommendations. You'll work alongside physicians, health coaches, and other care professionals to deliver an exceptional member experience. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to evolving our clinical protocols and training standards as Precision Health grows.
