Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources effectively. This role offers an opportunity to manage diverse projects within the construction industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding safety standards across all phases of construction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare cost proposals and track project expenses.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress through tools like ProCore and Bluebeam, updating stakeholders regularly.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and equipment necessary for project milestones.
- Lead project meetings, document minutes, and communicate effectively with all team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and contractual obligations.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Skills
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with construction estimating processes and tools.
- Ability to interpret civil engineering plans and schematics accurately.

Pay: $80,006.00-$110,000.00 per year
