YWCA Toronto is supporting our employer partner; Molly Maids who is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join their team in Toronto. Residential Cleaners are responsible for providing high-quality housekeeping and cleaning services in clients’ homes while delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in creating clean and organized spaces, and work well independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment
Residential Cleaners travel to client homes throughout the Toronto area and work in teams or independently depending on assignments. The role involves physical activity and requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on qualifications and driving eligibility: $17.60 to start and review after 3 months for pay increase
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas according to company standards
- Make beds, tidy rooms, and remove garbage and recycling
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients
- Follow assigned schedules and complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
