What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist with Creative Therapy Consultants (CTC), you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to empowering clients in their recovery and independence. Your role will include:
- Personalized Rehabilitation: Assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans for home, community, and inpatient settings, focusing on functional independence and goal achievement.
- Innovative Solutions: Implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and ergonomic strategies to maximize daily function and mobility.
- Client & Family Education: Provide practical guidance on daily living activities (ADLs), injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies to support long-term success.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, and claims specialists to ensure seamless client care.
- Lifelong Learning & Best Practices: Stay current with clinical research, evolving rehabilitation techniques, and industry advancements to provide the best care possible.

Your Qualifications
- Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia (or eligible for registration).
- Passion for community rehabilitation, functional recovery, and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse healthcare settings.
