Compensation & Growth
- $45-55 / hour depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Full vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Brake, suspension, and steering work
- Tire mounting, balancing, and repair (when needed)
- Alignments (if experienced or willing to learn)
- General mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Lifts / Level Kit installation
- Identifying issues accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Communicating clearly with service advisors and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman Automotive Technician (required)
- Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, consistent, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude—no ego, no shortcuts
Bonus Points If You Have
- Alignment experience
- Electrical and diagnostic experience
- Experience in a fast-paced shop
- Leadership mindset (future foreman potential)
