The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-oriented Inside Sales Supervisor to join our Mississauga, ON branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving profitable sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer loyalty across our B2B industrial customer base.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role—ideal for someone who leads from the front, coaches for performance, and understands how to turn inside sales teams into revenue-generating engines.
You will help support and execute branch strategy while ensuring a high level of execution across:
- Inside sales & counter sales
- Customer service & administrative support
- Showroom and sales floor leadership
- Operational efficiency and safety
You will also act as second-in-command during the Branch Manager’s absence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving B2B sales performance across inside sales and counter sales teams
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales staff to exceed revenue, margin, and customer retention targets
- Supporting key account management, upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience for industrial, manufacturing, and MRO clients
- Monitoring sales KPIs, order flow, and operational execution
- Supporting scheduling, workflow planning, and vacation coverage
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive branch environment
- Partnering with the Branch Manager to execute growth initiatives and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales and/or sales operations experience
- Previous team lead or supervisor experience (inside sales preferred)
- Background in industrial distribution, wholesale, or MRO strongly preferred
- Product knowledge in areas such as: MRO supplies, Metalworking & machining tools, fasteners, abrasives, cutting tools, fluids, machinery, or shop supplies.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-first, revenue-focused mindset
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Post-secondary education in Business or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); P21 ERP experience is an asset
