Permanent Part Time MLT
We are currently looking for a Permanent
Part-Time Medical Laboratory Technologist.
The successful candidate will interact with
patients and other health care workers to
ensure that the needs of the patient are met
in a caring and professional manner and will
provide laboratory services in accordance with
the Policies and Procedures of the Laboratory
Department.
The successful candidate will foster and
support a team environment to ensure the
attainment of our organization objectives
and will act as a role model for all staff and
promote the reputation of the facility in the
community.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the
following:
- Current CMLTO certificate
- Previous hematology, biochemistry,
immunohematology, and venipuncture
experience
- Prior related hospital experience is an
asset
- Certification in Transportation of
Dangerous Goods (TDG) is considered an
asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to
communicate effectively with other staff,
patients and the public
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to provide regular attendance
- Bilingualism in French and English is an
asset
Benefits:
- $36.84 to $50.27 per hour
depending on experience
- 14% paid in lieu of benefits
- 6% paid in lieu of vacation
