We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for offering an amazing customer experience in the service department. This includes greeting, checking in, status updates, cashing out, and follow up with our customers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with a team of technicians, providing constant effective communication
- Manage multiple open work orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Discover what the customer needs accomplished and clearly explain it to the technician
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records for customer information including address, vehicle, history
- Work closely with other departments, such as parts and sales, to ensure that the service team has the support and resources they need to be successful
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Computer literate and able to learn on multiple systems
- The ability to remain calm in tense situations as they arise
- A general understanding of a vehicle and its parts
- Strong team mentality and willingness to help
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
