Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, supporting various landscaping projects and ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor construction, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as digging, edging, and pruning
- Use mechanical equipment such as excavators for larger landscaping projects
- Support construction activities related to landscape design, including soil preparation and installation of features
- Assist with site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment
- Follow safety protocols during all landscaping activities to prevent accidents
Experience
- Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment use
- Familiarity with excavation machinery such as excavators is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and general landscaping techniques is desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to tools and equipment maintenance is beneficial
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials is advantageous
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $17.20-$28.75 per hour
