M&S Architectural Ltd is a design-build landscape construction company serving the GTA and surrounding regions for over 37 years. We specialize in residential, commercial, and municipal projects, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork. We are seeking a hands-on Landscape Construction Crew Lead with proven landscape construction experience and the ability to support daily site operations, crew coordination, quality workmanship, and safety across a range of projects. Start time is 6:00 a.m. each workday, and finish times vary based on project needs, weather, and season.
Responsibilities
- oversee daily site operations and crew coordination
- organize labour, materials, tools, and workflow
- perform hands-on landscape construction work alongside the crew
- support installation work including grading, hardscape, masonry, planting, and related site features
- maintain quality, site organization, and daily production
- complete required documentation and reporting
- learn and use company apps and digital tools for communication and documentation
- work with management, site contacts, and other trades as needed
Qualifications
- proven landscape construction experience
- crew lead, lead hand, or other on-site leadership experience preferred
- strong organization, problem-solving, and crew coordination skills
- experience with hardscape, masonry, planting, and related landscape construction work
- experience with layout, forming, fencing, decking, or other related landscape construction work is an asset
- valid Ontario G driver’s licence required
- reliable transportation to and from our shop in Newmarket
- equipment experience is an asset
- comfortable learning and using digital tools in the field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
