Door-to-Door Canvasser / Appointment Setter (Base + Performance Pay) We’re hiring motivated individuals to generate high-quality appointments through door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods. This is a performance-driven role. You will be trained to identify the right homes, speak with homeowners, and book qualified appointments that convert into real business. --- Compensation - $20/hour base (30 hours/week = $600 guaranteed) - $15 per appointment booked - +$15 per appointment that is qualified and completed (sits) - +$50 bonus for every job sold from your appointments Target earnings: $800–$1,200+ per week Top performers exceed this consistently. --- What You’ll Do - Canvass residential neighborhoods daily - Speak directly with homeowners - Identify potential service needs (training provided) - Book and schedule qualified appointments - Track your activity and results --- What We Teach You - How to identify high-value homes and neighborhoods - What signs indicate a strong potential customer - How to qualify homeowners quickly and avoid time-wasters - How to consistently generate 10–20+ quality appointments per week --- What Counts as a Qualified Appointment To be paid in full, appointments must: - Be with the homeowner (not a renter) - Have confirmed contact information - Show clear interest or need - Have a scheduled time where the decision-maker is present --- Performance Expectations - Week 1: Minimum 5 appointments - Week 2+: 8–12+ qualified appointments per week - Top performers: 15–20+ per week --- Requirements - Comfortable speaking with strangers - Strong work ethic and ability to handle rejection - Reliable and consistent - Coachable and performance-driven - Able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods --- This role rewards output and effort.
