Neo-Image Candlelight Ltd. is a family-owned and operated candle manufacturing company based in Mississauga, Ontario. Since 1976, we’ve proudly designed, manufactured, and distributed candles and home décor products across North America through wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels under the Yummi Candles brand.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Shipper & Receiver eCommerce (Day Shift) to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable, with experience in order picking, packing, and shipping. You’ll ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and label e-commerce and wholesale orders for shipment.
- Prepare pallets, containers, and crates for outgoing shipments.
- Verify goods against invoices or packing slips.
- Record shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Process and update orders in the internal inventory system.
- Coordinate with couriers and internal departments regarding shipments and returns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all company safety procedures and OHSA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Forklift experience or valid forklift license is an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time: 37.5–40 hours per week
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Overtime may be required during peak periods and is compensated in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
