We are looking for Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our growing healthcare operations. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Google
- Perform SEO activities and assist with website updates
- Coordinate with external marketing and SEO teams
- Track leads and marketing campaign performance
- Create engaging promotional content including reels, shorts, and videos
Event & Marketing Activities:
- Coordinate clinic promotions, community events, and marketing campaigns
- Participate in local events, health camps, and community activities
- Handle on-ground promotions and brand awareness activities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and event organizers
- Capture photos and videos during events for marketing use
Operations Support:
- Support front desk and patient coordination when needed
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments
- Maintain daily tracking reports for calls, leads, and bookings
- Support smooth communication within the team
- Assist in improving patient scheduling and patient flow
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO
- Strong video editing skills
- Ability to independently manage social media platforms
- Willingness to participate in events and marketing activities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or clinic setting is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
