Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join our team. This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to grow into full‑time based on performance. If you enjoy working with people, negotiating deals, and learning about a variety of products, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with buying, selling, and trading items
- Evaluate and test products to determine value
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Help with pricing, merchandising, and inventory tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning about electronics, tools, and other resale items
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous retail or pawn/buy‑sell experience is an asset but not required
Hourly wage + 10% commission on sales
