Within the sales department, the Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the motorsports sector. He or she acts as a strategic partner to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) by supporting projects throughout the product development cycle, from identifying needs through to production launch. This role requires an understanding of the specific realities facing OEMs, particularly their product development, proposal, validation, and launch processes.
The position combines client account management, business development, and technical collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

The position requires mobility and availability to travel regularly, primarily to the United States. A company vehicle is provided. The work environment offers flexibility, collaboration, and exposure to world-class clients.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or marketing

At least 5 years of experience in account management or business development with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in a manufacturing environment

Experience with the full product development cycle with OEM clients, including the bidding process, supporting internal teams during development, validation, and production launch

Excellent command of English to communicate with our English-speaking partners

Willingness to travel
