Semler’s is hiring 1 On-Road and 1 Off-Road Heavy Equipment Technician to join our growing team.
Who we’re looking for:
- Journeyman HET preferred
- Experienced apprentices considered
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Pride in quality workmanship
Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2 × 15-minute paid breaks
- 1 × 1-hour lunch break
- No shift work, no weekends

- New shop (built in 2019)
- Lifts, overhead cranes, and specialty tooling
- Clean, organized work environment
