CBI Manufacturing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Health & Safety Coordinator to help us maintain the highest standards of product quality while fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and promote health and safety programs.
- Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Coordinate employee safety training and orientations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Work closely with production and management to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality assurance and health & safety management.
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety legislation, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or education in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field are considered an asset.
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
