Tasks
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Assist in taking height, weight, blood pressure and office tasks working with patients
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Order office supplies, clean up medical equipment, clinic and organization of clinic
- Record and relay information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Send invoices
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PSW/ MOA/ Nursing or related experience a plus
Asset languages
Pay: $20.00 per hour
