Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Vendeur / Sales team member to join our lively team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our zipline attraction, engaging with guests, demonstrating our products, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your energy and communication skills will help create memorable moments for every visitor while driving sales and promoting our offerings.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and information about our zipline experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain safety procedures clearly and confidently
- Assist customers with merchandise merchandising, product selection, and upselling opportunities
Experience
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse visitors effectively
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is a plus, especially if you have technical sales experience
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management are essential for success in this role
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy are necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards
