As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team during your assigned shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will support staff, maintain operational standards, and help create a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects the Pür & Simple brand.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Lead team management efforts by motivating staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive work environment
- Handle cash-outs, daily reports, and POS-related duties as required.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor kitchen activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Support barista or beverage service operations if applicable
- Uphold hospitality standards to deliver memorable guest experiences
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Fluent in English.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
