About the Initiative
The RISE Initiative is a major multi-year transformation program focused on migrating Wealth Management platforms and operations from Broadridge onto FNZ. This program impacts technology, operations, client experience, regulatory reporting, data integration, and end-to-end advisor workflows. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, aligning senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of all migration, integration, and readiness activities for our banking client.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of the RISE Initiative across multiple business and technology workstreams.
- Manage program roadmaps, milestones, critical paths, risks, dependencies, and change controls.
- Ensure deliverables meet scope, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Technology, Wealth Operations, Regulatory, Data, Client Experience, Product, and vendor partners.
Vendor & Platform Migration Management
- Oversee work related to the transition from Broadridge to FNZ, including system integration, data migration, workflow redesign, and platform readiness.
- Manage vendor engagement, contractual obligations, and escalation paths.
- Ensure testing strategies (SIT, UAT, E2E) are structured, resourced, and executed successfully.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Act as a primary liaison between executive sponsors, senior directors, delivery teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide concise program updates, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive alignment across competing priorities and build consensus on critical program decisions.
Risk, Compliance & Regulatory
- Identify risks and issues with potential impact on operational readiness, regulatory compliance, or client experience.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies and OSFI-aligned guidelines.
- Oversee controls, testing evidence, and readiness assessments prior to launch.
Operational Readiness & Change Management
- Partner with Operations, Training, and Change Management to ensure smooth rollout across branches, advisors, support teams, and clients.
- Support process redesign, workflow documentation, and end-user enablement.
- Drive cutover planning, business continuity activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Qualifications
- Program or portfolio management experience within financial services or wealth management.
- Experience delivering large-scale platform migrations, vendor transitions, or multi-stream transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations, wealth management platforms, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and governance skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications considered an asset.
- Previous experience with Broadridge, FNZ, or similar vendor platform migrations is a strong advantage.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $85.00-$95.00 per hour
