Multi Residential Supply is looking for an experienced Renovation Technician to join our team. We specialize in multi-residential renovations, unit turnovers, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and property maintenance throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Complete drywall installation, repairs, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.
- Perform wood and steel stud framing.
- Interior painting, prep work, patching, and finishing.
- Install vinyl plank, laminate, and other flooring systems.
- Install kitchen cabinets, vanities, trim, baseboards, casing, and interior doors.
- Complete general handyman repairs and renovations.
- Perform demolition and prepare work areas.
- Read drawings and follow project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Communicate professionally with project managers, property managers, and tenants when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of renovation experience (preferred).
- Strong drywall finishing skills are essential.
- Experience with framing, flooring, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and painting.
- Knowledge of residential and multi-residential renovations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
- Valid G Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
- Own basic hand tools (power tools are an asset).
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with bathroom and kitchen renovations.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (an asset).
- Experience with apartment turnovers and occupied-unit renovations.
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.

Pay: $19.07-$30.00 per hour
