Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager and Sous Chef to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team and back- of-house, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Supervise front-of-house staff and back of the house, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high-quality customer service
- Oversee customer interactions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation, timely service, and adherence to food safety standards
- Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist with food management and ordering processes
- Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, hospitality best practices, and safety protocols
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to maintain a welcoming environment
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service management within casual dining or fine dining settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales processing
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training & development, and conflict resolution
- Experience supervising staff in a hospitality or restaurant setting with a focus on customer service excellence
- Prior experience in shift management within the food industry is highly desirable

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
