Key Responsibilities
- Represent Autolist of Canada professionally while building long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales quotas.
- Conduct needs analyses, present tailored vehicle solutions, and negotiate fair and profitable deals.
- Manage test drives and prepare precise paperwork for all transactions.
- Ensure all sales documentation is organized, processed, and compliant with Autolist of Canada standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offers.
Daily and Monthly Expectations
- Engage with customers to qualify their needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles.
- Manage leads and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and performance reviews.
- Prepare vehicles and showroom displays to deliver a premium first impression.
- Track sales activities and report to management with transparency and accuracy.
