We are currently entering an aggressive growth and fundraising phase and are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations professional to work directly with the CEO and leadership team in executing our capital raise strategy.
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic, confident, and relationship-driven Investor Relations Associate / Manager to support the company’s fundraising initiatives, primarily focused on Friends & Family, strategic investors, angel investors, and early-stage network capital.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, entrepreneurial, polished in communication, and passionate about startups, technology, blockchain, fintech, and high-growth ventures.
The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team on investor outreach, presentations, investor communications, follow-ups, pipeline management, and closing investment rounds.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with prospective investors, family offices, business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners.
- Conduct outbound investor outreach through networking events, LinkedIn, referrals, associations, and introductions.
- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, webinars, dinners, networking events, and roadshows.
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with investor leads.
- Develop strong investor confidence through professional communication and relationship management.
Capital Raise Execution
- Assist in executing Friends & Family and Seed fundraising rounds.
- Support the CEO in presenting investment opportunities to potential investors.
- Help explain investment structures, debentures, SAFE instruments, tokenized opportunities, and company growth strategies.
- Coordinate closely with legal counsel and finance teams to ensure subscription documents are completed accurately.
- Track investor commitments, subscriptions, wire transfers, and closing status.
- Ensure investor funds are properly received into designated legal trust accounts.
- Maintain organized investor records, NDAs, subscription agreements, and communications.
Presentation & Pitching
- Learn and understand the FRE8 ecosystem, market opportunity, technology stack, and business model.
- Present the company confidently to prospective investors and strategic stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing investor decks, teaser materials, FAQs, webinars, and presentation notes.
- Participate in podcasts, networking events, conferences, and industry meetings when required.
Investor Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM and investor databases.
- Track investor stages from introduction to commitment and funding.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports and fundraising status updates for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all investor communications.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Research venture capital trends, blockchain markets, logistics technology trends, and investment opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, fundraising announcements, and strategic developments in the industry.
- Assist management with investor targeting strategies.
Executive Support
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic fundraising initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules, investor meetings, travel arrangements, and event participation.
- Represent the company professionally at external meetings and networking events.
Qualifications
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong personality and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, sales, business development, banking, wealth management, startups, private equity, fundraising, or financial services will be strongly preferred.

- Understanding of investment products, startup fundraising, venture capital, or capital markets is an asset.
