Join the MyVIPConcierge Team as an Overnight Residential Concierge
MyVIPConcierge is currently looking for reliable, professional, and experienced overnight Concierges to join our team at a residential building.
This position is for full-time overnight staff working 12-hour shifts. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, comfortable working independently, and committed to providing excellent service while maintaining the safety and security of the property overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Overnight Concierge, you will:
Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, contractors, and staff
Warmly greet residents and visitors entering the property
Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property
Maintain building security throughout the overnight shift
Complete regular patrols of the property as required
Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests, concerns, or incidents
Answer phone calls, handle general inquiries, and log messages or events
Manage parcel and mail-related duties as required
Monitor contractors or service providers on-site when applicable
Maintain the reception area and common spaces
Stay stationed at the reception desk unless required elsewhere on the property
Complete detailed shift reports and communicate any important updates to management
Perform additional duties as directed by management
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous concierge, hospitality, security, or customer service experience is preferred
Availability: Must be available to work full-time overnight 12-hour shifts
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills: Comfortable using basic to intermediate computer systems
Professionalism: Friendly, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently overnight
