Construction Labourer Wanted – Civil Construction
We're looking for a hard-working, reliable Construction Labourer to join our crew. We specialize in civil construction work including pond sediment clean-outs and excavation, storm servicing, and civil/structural rehabilitations. If you like variety, working outdoors, and being part of a fun, hard-working team, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trucks with tools and equipment
- Setting up the job site each day
- Mixing concrete, and assisting with concrete forming and pouring
- General labour and site cleanup
- Backing up trucks for loading
- Site grading
- Other civil labourer duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid drivers license
Nice to have (not required, but a bonus):
- Concrete experience
- Skid steer and/or mini excavator experience
- Familiarity with small engine tools (stone saws, leaf blowers, plate compactors)
- Comfort using electric hand tools (drills, chippers, woodworking tools)
No experience? No problem — if you're willing to learn and put in the work, we'll teach you the rest.
