We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. This position is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for ongoing work based on performance and workload.
Our work primarily consists of production trim on residential projects, so we’re looking for someone who can produce high-quality work while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Install baseboards, casings, interior doors, window jambs, bypass doors, door hardware, bathroom hardware, build and install railings, floating shelves, mantels etc.
- Complete production trim packages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Read and follow plans and specifications.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Site cleanup and material handling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finish carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
