Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food quality, safety, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in the food industry or restaurant settings preferred. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items in compliance with health regulations
- Replenish buffet stations and assist guests with food selections as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service hours
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests
- Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth operation
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with food preparation or barista skills are a plus
- Hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
