Brandt is currently looking to hire a Value Parts Shipper/Receiver/Parts salesperson in our Moncton location. This position is responsible for the VP/PDI parts department with the shipping/receiving of goods and parts sales
Duties and Responsibilities
- Parts inventory maintenance and sales
- Assisting shop personnel with cleaning/identifying used parts and components
- Demonstrate safe and efficient workplace practices
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Inspecting crates and bundles for damage during the loading/unloading process
- Always keeps area clean and in order

Required Skills
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the heavy-duty equipment environment (ie: lifting to 75 pounds)
- Forklift experience and heavy-duty parts handling an asset
- Capable of working under minimum amount of supervision
- Previous mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform work related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions, extreme heat/cold/ slippery conditions
