Job description:
Applications are invited for the position of Commercial/Retail Sales Associate, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Reading and interpreting commercial blueprints
· Understanding and applying commercial contracts to projects
· Measuring job sites to ensure accurate material orders
· Preparing and delivering timely and accurate sales quotes
· Establishing and maintaining detailed customer files
· Compiling, inputting, and extracting data in spreadsheets and reports
· Assisting with additional duties within the sales department as required
Qualifications & Requirements
As a West-Can floor & Home employee, we require from you:
· Minimum 3 years of commercial sales experience (flooring industry experience preferred)
· At least 3 years’ experience working with an ERP system
· Valid driver’s license
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
· Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
· Professional, polite, and customer-service-oriented attitude
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
