About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Plumbing Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a thriving residential plumbing and HVAC business generating approximately $6 million in annual revenue and serving a large, established customer base.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plumbing and HVAC division.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
- Drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, training, and retention initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve branch and company goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience within plumbing, HVAC, home services, or related trades.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage performance, profitability, and growth.
- Excellent communication, coaching, team-building skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and plumbing License.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Compensation
- Competitive salary of $80,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience.
- $25,000 signing bonus for the successful candidate.
- Performance-based bonus incentives tied to branch success.
- Opportunity to earn 15% ownership in the location, vesting after one year.
