Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly.
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces looking their best.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients, demonstrating versatility in household tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards essential for maintaining hygiene.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching high surfaces.
- Familiarity with laundry processes and basic household chores such as cooking or meal prep is desirable.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations efficiently.
