JOB SUMMARY
JAG Industries is a custom fabricator specializing in miscellaneous, architectural and structural steel for commercial and residential construction markets. We are growing, and are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from the hand-off of estimates through detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection. You would coordinate and work closely with drafting, fabrication, and field crews, as well as clients and contractors, to ensure seamless project flow.

DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with external customers to ensure smooth project coordination of job execution, and maintain relationships that generate future work.
- Receives project handover information, compiles, and manages project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, progress reports, and maintains detailed records of all dates, drawings, documents, and correspondence related to projects.
- Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractor activities, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and updates; adjust schedules as necessary.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Lead project progress meetings with team members
- Manages changes to scope, client approvals, and their impact on costing and scheduling.
- Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and per customer expectations.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience. Preference given to candidates with previous experience in steel fabrication
- PMP designation is a strong asset
- Engineering Technology Diploma or other relevant education
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of codes and industry-specific rules and regulations
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines and high pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills that result in effective collaboration with internal team members and external clients
- Team player yet possesses the ability to work independently with confidence in their skills and knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
